The “Eye of the Storm” is what I titled this song I wrote with the inspiration that when everything around me seems to be going wrong, or falling apart, or it’s chaotic, or I am really sick…I find that place, my “eye of the storm”, where there is peace and I am not afraid of the dangers and troubles all around me. Today, that place was the piano…where I wrote this piece. Sometimes it’s my husband’s arms. And mostly, it’s in the arms of God. He is our eye of the storm, He keeps us safe… a strong refuge and rock for all those that run to Him.
Keep standing strong in your storm.

Hello, My teenage daughter suffers from Dysautonomia, POTS, Chronic fatigue syndrome and other multiple illnesses i saw this “eye of the storm” and it goes perfectly with the “Feathers for hope” awareness support group that we are starting and she had always had a love for peacocks (thats where the feathers come from) We were making “hope” cards and i was wondering if we could use your “eye of the storm” quote to go with the “peacock eye feather” pic on the cards if you don’t mind would you respond to vcg1215@yahoo.com – Thank you for reading and considering!
